Weekly Wears #4

This week I’ve been loving how a beautifully printed blazer can upscale and bring life to the most basic of ensembles. They’re a great way to add a seasonal trend into your wardrobe, plus plenty of them have cross-seasonal prints which make them great transitional pieces. This week I’ve been eyeing up the below…

I really like this floral print because it’s less cutesy than a lot of the pastel offerings, plus the contrast lapels give this piece a tuxedo inspired finish. This would look amazing when teamed with an all black outfit and killer heels for a hot date night ensemble.

Summer is most definitely not leaving us yet, and this paisley print is a nice light alternative to a lot of the floral heavy options. I’m a bit fan of subtle print, especially in Summer, so this is a great addition to my wardrobe. It’s also in the sale for £22, which is bargainous!

Selected is one of my go-to brands for wardrobe classics. They somehow always manage to bring out season and trend appropriate pieces which will last for years. This Andrea blazer has their typically feminine aesthetic and has a more sophisticated vibe than my other two picks, making it a perfect piece for cool office style.
