As you know, I use this area to tell you about my fitness and health. I’m not an expert and of course there is a lot of things that I could improve on. This week I put forward a dilemma.
I have such a sweet tooth. Even when I think I’m being good and not munching away on cake and chocolate, my sugar consumption is really high. Damn that tasty fruit! My mum (orb of useful information!) has often said that she thinks sugar is addictive and that’s why we crave it.
What tips and trick do you have, if any… to reduce your sugar intake? Do you think sugar is addictive?
