When it comes to substantial hair tools, Babyliss have their finger on the pulse. Just recently, my hairdryer began to wane and I got a voucher from work, I decided to treat myself to a new one.
The Pro GT Ionic2 is an impressive piece of kit despite it being much smaller than my previous (normal sized) hairdryer. It is slightly more compact, had a matte finish and fresh orange finishes. Unlike my previous hair dryer the back is easily removable so keeping it clean is a doddle.
It has three heat settings, two power settings and a cold booster. The hairdryer combines ionic and ceramic technologies, which is supposed to give shiner, silky and more manageable hair. I wouldn’t say there has been a considerable difference in the condition of my hair, but I’d found it much less dry and frizzy after drying it.
To say that you can get this for under £30, it is really sturdy and feels a lot more substantial than most hairdryers on the market. The shape and design make it really easy to use and practical, if you’re looking for a new one I’d definitely recommend!
