Easy French Style

I can’t help but wish ‘easy French style’ had a category of its own in most shops.

This week I’m feeling particularly inspired by French style. After reading a few French style snippets in Stylist this week, I’m craving the effortless chic that seems to exude out of the pores of French women. Marion Cotillard is a girl crush of mine for sure – just look at her. Therefore, this week’s three weekly wears are inspired by the hotter than hot franco-chic…

I absolutely adore this La Mer watch – the supple, soft leather and rose gold face are just crying out to be teamed with a light chiffon blouse and killer heels. You can get it for £56 here.

The L’Agent by Agent Provocateur might have Spanish influences from co-designer Penelope Cruz, but it definitely has the raw, unapologetic sexiness about it that I associate with French style. Unlike the main line, these AP offerings are slightly more purse friendly at £45, here.

If there’s one thing that a decidely french wardrobe would include, it is definitely a chic pair of black heels. The v-cut on these courts gives a slightly different edge to what are already beautiful shoes. Whistles always manage to get it right, you can get these for £155 here.
So there’s the three products I’m lusting after this week, which culture inspires your style?
